Tatiana Jackson

CEO & Founder

Tatiana Jackson is a proud South Central Los Angeles native committed to giving back to her community. As a first-generation college student, she earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with a minor in Child Development in just three years. Tatiana is a member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Incorporated, and has served in the California Army National Guard. She earned a Master of Science in Entrepreneurship and Innovation while completing the Reserve Officer Training Corps program, becoming a commissioned United States Army Officer.

Proudly representing her city as Miss Compton, Tatiana has also worked as a student success advisor in charter schools and nonprofits, supporting youth in achieving their goals. Her dedication to community empowerment includes completing a Venture Capital Fellowship in Los Angeles. Tatiana is passionate about breaking generational curses and building generational wealth, dedicating her time to helping others reach their full potential. Michaella Huck

Secretary
Michaella Huck is a Nonprofit Communications and Development professional and a dedicated advocate for equity and empowerment within marginalized communities. With a degree in Journalism and a minor in Black Studies, she brings a unique blend of expertise in communication, development experience and social awareness to the table. Her commitment to fostering equality and resources for underrepresented individuals is represented in her track record of work in the nonprofit sector. She currently works as the Communications and Fundraising Coordinator at Project Return Peer Support Network, where she has dedicated her career to addressing disparities, particularly within the mental health sector

Kaila Moore-Jones

Treasurer
Kaila is a Southern California native and grew up in the South Central area. She has worked with community outreach programs since she was young volunteering primarily with her family’s church. She graduated from California State University Northridge with a B.A. in Africana Studies and a minor in Political Science. During her undergraduate career, she held many leadership positions and worked closely alongside campus administrators to provide life-affirming resources and tackle the issue of increasing retention rates for students of color. She is a proud member of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Incorporated, where she has led many outreach projects which gave her necessary experience working in the non-profit sector. Kaila Moore-Jones works as the Development Coordinator for Hollywood Food Coalition and is passionate about uplifting the community she is from. 

Our mentors can be anyone who wants to better the youth. They can range from 18-100 years of age and careers are anything from entrepreneur, military, mechanics, esthetician, doctors and etc.

Finance Intern

Finance intern supports the organization while learning about a career in finance. Finance interns gain practical experience in the constantly-growing field of finance. Regular duties and responsibilities for finance interns include generating and analyzing reports, taking notes during meetings, preparing statements, entering data, and assisting with audits. A finance intern might also complete administrative work while observing different aspects of accounting, portfolio management, financial reporting, or banking.

Graphic design interns are responsible for assisting in the design of digital marketing materials, including print and digital advertising. The intern will be working on various projects with an emphasis on photography, graphic design as well as web development. You will provide one-on-one mentorship, offer academic and career advice, and help students navigate the challenges they may face in their academic journey.
